Leadership Development Programs (New Graduates)
Hillenbrand’s Leadership Development Program is designed to develop the technical skills, business acumen, and leadership abilities of new or recent graduates. This two-year rotational program is designed to put you on the fast track to a role where you’ll lead people and lead change, and gain the broader perspective expected of a future leader.
We foster your personal development with an extensive learning curriculum, support from subject matter experts, and a personal executive mentor within each chosen career track throughout the program. You can also expect:
Potential to rotate across multiple businesses and disciplines
Cross-functional leadership development sessions
Function-specific development sessions
Business, technology and leadership skills training
Exposure to key leaders throughout our businesses
Exposure to critical functions and field assignments that give you a unique view of the entire organization
After completing the program, qualified associates will be placed into a role that best utilizes the experiences they have gained throughout their rotations and aligns with their personal and professional goals.
