Service Business Manager

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and applicable experience required
• 5+ years of customer-facing Field Service/Contract Maintenance experience, or Field Sales in a highly technical industry supporting capital equipment
• 3+ years of proven background in employee management within highly technical industries supporting capital equipment maintenance and sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Windows operating systems, MS Office, Salesforce (SFDC), and PowerBI tools
• Extensive technical knowledge with capital or heavy equipment, plastics and/or plastics machine experience is a plus
• Proven track record of managing employees completing technical-focused work in a remote setting, as well as the ability to leverage digital tools to increase efficiency
• Ability to work in multiple projects in a specialty product environment
• Proficient at reading Mechanical / CAD drawings
• Basic plastics processing knowledge is preferred, however not required if offset by other industrial experience
• Strong negotiating and commercial/customer-facing skills
