Paint Technician - 2nd Shift
Education
Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school or 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education.
Skills/Experience
Required/preferred skills:
- Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Previous manufacturing/maintenance experience with wet finish processes and equipment
- Experience with small tool maintenance and re-build
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills to be used with co-workers on other shifts
- Ability to work a variable work schedule, depending on production schedule
- Strong organizational skills
