Education:
Skills/Experience:
- Positive can-do attitude and an energetic work ethic
- 15+ years’ experience in a LEAN manufacturing work environment
- Experience in a low volume, high mix product portfolio is strongly desired
- 10+ years’ experience in managing direct reports
- 10+ years’ experience in strategy deployment
- Practical knowledge of Lean business practices
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the proven ability to develop personnel
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute action plans
- Executive Team member (Cohesive team member, Owns input)
- Manage metrics with action plans and bowlers in strict accordance with the Strategic Deployment Process.
- Ability to coach and mentor
- Set’s high expectations and holds team members accountable
- Ability to motivate and get most out of team
- Utilizes objective measurements to support progress & growth
- Courage to take risks
Travel:
Employee must be able to travel 25% of the time (domestic and international).
