Director of Finance

Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university in finance or accounting; and a minimum of 5 years related financial analysis experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with an emphasis in financial analysis.

• Required - Expert: Demonstrated leadership within a management team, including setting clear performance expectations, appraising performance and teach and coaching for development.
• Required - Expert: Practical experience in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Required - Expert: Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Required - Expert: Assertive and ability to lead from a sense of responsibility, rather than authority.
• Required - Expert: Self-starter; able to drive results without active direction.
• Required - Intermediate: Understanding of GAAP in a standard cost environment.
• Required - Intermediate: ERP and financial systems background (Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and Hyperion preferred but not required).
• Required - Intermediate: Written and verbal communication skills.
• Required - Intermediate: Attention to detail with a conviction for meeting deadlines.
• Required - Intermediate: Organizational skills
• Required - Basic: Ability to understand lean business principles and apply them in the back office setting

Less than 25% overnight travel is required.
