Process Technician

Skills/Experience:

Experience with Statistical Process Control and Design of Experiment is required. Millwright experience would be considered an asset. Co-Injection/multi-component injection molding experience is considered an asset. The incumbent should have a good understanding of the surrounding auxiliary equipment like dryers and cooling systems.  A strong troubleshooting ability, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and excellent organizational skills are required. The incumbent must be capable of reading and interpreting documents such as safety policy and procedures, blueprints, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Good written and oral communication skills; strong inter-personal skills; good attention to detail given the company wide impact; ability to be proactive and incorporate efficiencies into daily tasks; creative individual with an expected ability to make recommendations for change and continuous improvement initiatives. In order to successfully meet the customer requirements, an individual must be able to operate the machinery with efficiency to produce accurate parts; in addition, individuals must be able to multitask while organizing daily work schedules.

Education:

High School Diploma with a minimum of three to four (3-4) years related experience, and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
