Education/Skills/Experience:

  • Relevant engineering coursework at the Sophomore level and above in pursuit of Bachelor’s in Engineering. Currently enrolled in engineering degree program.
  • Communication: Ability to speak with clarity and confidence, writes clearly and concisely, exhibits good listening and questioning skills.
  • Conceptual/Analytical Ability: Evaluate situations effectively, solve problems/make decisions, demonstrates original & creative thinking, identifies and suggest new ideas.
  • Learning/Theory and Practice: Ability to learn new material quickly, Accesses and applies specialized knowledge, applies classroom learning to work situation
  • Professional Qualities: Assumes responsibility/accountable for actions, exhibit self-confidence, possesses honesty/integrity/personal ethics, shows self-initiative/self-motivated, positive attitude towards change
