Key Account Manager (KAM) Controllers

Skills/Experience:

• Must have the ability to read, analyze electrical engineering schematics, Software description , electrical layout procedures, and/or governmental regulations. 
• Ability to interpret and act on procedures, policies and documents such as pricing, job status forms, customer relations, sales forecasting and troubleshooting.
• Ability to Create new business beyond Plastic molding Control
• Ability to Create new ideas to implement Hot runner Control , Motion Control or Machine Control  
• Must have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general staff in order to influence and negotiate. 
• Ability to cultivate positive relationships with both customers and internal staff, along with working independently with minimal supervision, is a must. 
• Must have sound knowledge of the Control / Plastic molding process.  Electrical / Electronic design experience and Hands on Trouble shooting Controller experience is an asset to be successful.  It is required for the incumbent to have previous sales experience with developing high value and high potential accounts within the plastics industry

Education:

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to complete each essential duty satisfactorily.  The incumbent in this role must have a university degree or College Diploma in Control/ Electrical / Electronic Engineering; with minimum six to seven years (6-7) related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Travel:  

• Travel between Canada and the US, and other locations as needed may be a requirement of this role.
