Basic Requirements:

  • (3-5 years) Experience in the Injection Molding/ Mold Making industry
  • (3-5 years) Experience in Industrial Engineering
  • (1+ years) Experience with Project Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering
  • Reading and interpreting documents such as process documentation and procedure manuals
  • Advanced level of knowledge and experience of process improvement tools (such as Lean Manufacturing or 6 Sigma)

 

Great to Haves:

  • (1+ years) Prior Leadership experience
  • Demonstrated process mapping and process improvement capability
  • Ability to be a self-starter, work in a fast-paced environment and be results driven
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail
