CNC Universal Grinder, Advanced

• To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and with little supervision. The incumbent has experience machining components to tight tolerances (3-5 microns)

• Ability to work independently

• Be able to machine materials to very close tolerances and small dimensions; in addition, the individual in this role must be able to understand programs and paths in order to run programs and edit as required; ability to grind tools to required specification.

• 3 years of experience and/or training in a precision machining environment

• Completion of a General Machinist Apprenticeship preferred
