Education
 
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related field, in lieu of a degree, equivalent (4+ years) experience may be considered
 
Required/Preferred Skills
  • A Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing and CI processes is required. 
  • AIPICS Certification would be a plus.  
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office suite of products, JDE experience is a plus. 
  • The ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing at all levels within the organization is required.
Required/Preferred Experience
  • Five (5+) plus years related materials leadership experience within a manufacturing environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Must have experience with computerized ERP, MRP, MPS, JIT systems; pull systems, PFEP development, and inventory management using KanBan card systems.
