Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing, leadership, new product introductions, design transfers, and/or transfers of products, sub-assemblies and operations globally
- 3+ years' experience managing complex capital projects in excess of $2M.
- Experience in developing robust financial models identifying capital expenditure requirements and ROI.
- Experience in leading DFMA, DFMEA and VAVE working sessions.
- Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships across multiple organizations and with internal and external stakeholders.
- Project management experience with ability to lead and execute multiple large-scale projects at one time
- Experience in using Continuous Improvement tools.
Education:
- BS degree in business, engineering, or related field. STEM degree is preferred.
- MBA / MS preferred
