Operations Leader

Skills/Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing, leadership, new product introductions, design transfers, and/or transfers of products, sub-assemblies and operations globally
• 3+ years' experience managing complex capital projects in excess of $2M.
• Experience in developing robust financial models identifying capital expenditure requirements and ROI.
• Experience in leading DFMA, DFMEA and VAVE working sessions.
• Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships across multiple organizations and with internal and external stakeholders. 
• Project management experience with ability to lead and execute multiple large-scale projects at one time
• Experience in using Continuous Improvement tools.

Education:

• BS degree in business, engineering, or related field. STEM degree is preferred.
• MBA / MS preferred
