Education/Skills/Experience:
- 2 Years of Progressive Engineering experience
- BS Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology or equivalent combination of education/experience/training plus additional specialized training related to the position
- General knowledge of cross-functional engineering processes
- General knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools.
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Problem solving skills based on structured data analysis
- Working knowledge of Toyota Production Model, Six Sigma practices
- Working knowledge of metal machining practices, principles and technologies
- Specific Technical Qualifications:
- Working Knowledge of Creo/PDM, E1 & Windchill
- Awareness of machine safety/ANSI, ISO standards
