Field Service Technician - Retrofit & Rebuild - $3,000 Sign-on!

Your experience should include:

• Service-type work experience in plastic injection/extrusion equipment or similar types of equipment or machine tool.
• Proven Mechanical and electrical skills required to include the ability to read mechanical blueprint and electrical schematics.
• Experience in repair and troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatics of complex systems would be preferred.
• Overtime and out of town travel are necessary. Prior experience in plastics a plus.
• Will have a high degree of understanding of installing computer software programs as they pertain to manufactured machines.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

What we expect:

• It will be expected for you to perform field service at customer locations and perform machine maintenance. Aside from technical capability, you must have interpersonal skills commensurate with expectations for a field service technician who also promotes product sales and further services.

 Education:

• Associates Degree in Technical field or 2 plus years of related experience, preferably as a Field Service Engineer or Technician, or combination of education and experience.

 Travel:

• Travel will vary on location; however, you should be comfortable with frequent travel.
