Skills/Experience:
- Experience in C/C++ languages.
- 2+ years’ experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting in engineering/manufacturing environment is a plus
- Proficiency in IEC 61131-3 PLC programming is a plus.
- Work knowledge of industrial automation control systems is a plus, including motion control, servo drive and motor, VFD/inverter, and etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills while working with teams and internal manufacturing groups.
- Proficient at reading and interpreting electrical drawings
- Able to independently complete all specific responsibilities with minimal supervision
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering/Mechatronics or equivalent is required.
Travel:
During or upon graduations from the program employee will be expected to perform field service at customer locations and must capable of performing machine maintenance. Aside from technical capability, the employee must have interpersonal skills commensurate with expectations for a field service technician who also promotes product sales and further services.
