Skills/Experience:

  • Ability to work collaboratively with Sites and Coperion senior management in a dynamic environment. Work very closely with the accounting team(s) and FP&A Manager to establish cohesive and aligned plans and forecasts
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
  • Intellectual curiosity to research and identifies root cause of variances. Proposing and implementing counter measures
  • Experience in a matrix and cross-functional organization and proven ability to collaborate with virtual teams across multiple organizations
  • Highly motivated team player with a positive attitude and passion to meet the challenges and opportunities of the business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and ability to interact effectively with management and prioritize diverse projects for multiple disciplines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, juggle multiple schedules and deadlines at one time and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • In-depth Knowledge and experience in analyzing and reporting financial results, developing budgets and forecasting and analysis
  • Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills
  • Ability to travel (especially initially) to the relevant sites in the US.
  • 6 to 8 years successful experience in an analytical and/or budgeting role
  • Preferably experience in project related business environment
  • Experienced in working in an international environment

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required

MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred

Travel:  
10%
