JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience 
•    Welding Certification from an accredited institution.
•    3+ years of relevant experience in welding and fabrication.
•    Ability to read and interpret Blueprints for weld fabrication. 
•    Ability to successfully complete pre-hire weld tests.

Physical Demands

•    Dexterity: Ability to work with a steady hand during the welding process.
•    Strength:  Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
•    Stamina:  Ability to withstand long hours of standing, often in hot conditions.
•    Flexibility: Ability to perform welds while bending, reaching overhead and other odd postures.
