Skills/Experience:

 

  • Translating Relevant Market Data - Collects and categorizes customer voices and market information by leveraging appropriate research tools and techniques; analyzes research findings to identify opportunities to deliver customer solutions.
  • Channel Awareness - Explains and contextualizes industry structure, dynamics, and path to market in order to advance organizational goals.
  • Marketing Plan Management - Develops marketing mix recommendations based on the 4 P’s (Product, Price, Promotion, and Placement) to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives; guides and influences cross-functional implementation and creates framework to evaluate market responses and business performance.
  • Market Analysis - Research information using meaningful and valid sources and data to expand your knowledge of markets; analyzes findings by connecting dots and identifying trends to create a coherent image of the market; summarizes relevant insights by condensing, prioritizing, and translating how these impact our business.
  • Ability to apply a foundational background with both analytical and experienced based insight to leverage in presentations, research, reports, studies, and marketing intel to support data analysis to drive market growth or strategic business case(s).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing internal stakeholder needs balanced with overcoming natural business barriers to achieve team success.
  • Emphasis for attention to detail and innovative ways to capture, filter, validate, and sustain marketing reports. Customer knowledge and proficiency in customer facing activities including technical or product background and listening to customer is key.
  • Self-starter with a “what’s next” intuition and ability to carry out tasks with limited guidance.
  • Natural organizational and investigative skills to drive resolution to market questions, maintain customer list accuracy, product portfolio summary, and key financial reports.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field from an accredited university/college, or combination of education and experience.
  • Five (5) years of Digital Product Management experience
