Education

Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university in Business or Health-related field; and a minimum of 10 years related Health Services experience with management or consulting experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with an emphasis in health and wellness administration.


Skills/Experience

• Demonstrated expert project management and project leadership skills

• Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities

• Demonstrated expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Displays professionalism when dealing with employees, their families and outside vendors

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels of the organization, including group presentations

• Strong conceptual, strategic, and visionary skills

• Expert experience in preparing reports and related statistical data

• Knowledge of industry best-practices in wellness and quality management principles and processes

• Knowledge of health plans administration

• Knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations surrounding wellness programs

• Experience in health promotion, fitness and / or wellness programs

• Ability to work in fast pace environment and manage numerous projects simultaneously

• Strong attention to detail

• Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration federal policy and law, Department of Transportation Driver and Safety Sensitive Position Compliance, TITLE 49, PART 40, etc.) would be helpful but not required


Travel

Employee must be able to travel 10 % of the time.
