Requirements
- Graduation within the last two years with a B.A. degree in Finance and/or Accounting
- Strong record of academic achievement (minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA)
- Proven leadership skills either in school or professional experience (co-op or internship experience is preferred)
- At the end of the program must be willing to relocate to any of the various sites within the US
- Must be authorized to work in the US (no sponsorships)

- The ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work effectively in a team environment, as well as the ability to work independently with less structured and more complex tasks
- Highly motivated and capable to exceed in a fast paced environment
- Strives for simplicity, alignment, speed, and excellence
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills (communicates with professional candor)
- Ability to think strategically, with a global mindset
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
