Skills/Experience:

A minimum of one (1) year experience and/or training in a precision machining environment.

Ability to assess specifications to maintain machining accuracy is necessary to produce/manufacture a high-quality product. Ability to operate on the equipment while capable of performing several processes is required.

The CNC Machine Operator works with general supervision; the incumbent of this role must be capable of performing operation for CNC Machines, while maintaining required tolerances; ability to communicate to Team Leader or Lead Hand when machining times are not realistic and when deadlines will not be met.

Education:

Must have a High School Diploma.
