Aftermarket Support Specialist

Education/Skills/Experience:

• Bachelors’ degree preferred or equivalent experience in a fast-paced work environment
• Demonstrate professionalism and the ability to lead by business objectives
• Highly motivated, fast paced, self-starter
• Experience in the industrial maintenance and repair business is a plus
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Experience using Salesforce platform preferred.
• Knowledge and experience working with KPIs & performance metrics
• Strong time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
