Responsibilities also include the following: 

  • Maintaining various HR and Compensation systems with accurate job and compensation information

  • Providing long-term incentive / equity support by working directly with vendors, planning for transactions, running reports and validating transactions

  • Supporting incentive plan design and management process by assisting in documentation, tracking, and or process administration

  • Providing mobility support by ensuring policy compliance and working directly with vendors to address employee questions and concerns

  • Creating and maintain process documentation 

Job Requirements: 
  • Minimum 3 years' Compensation experience, developing a solid understanding of multiple Compensation areas

  • Minimum 3 years' experience with data and analysis

  • Professional experience and/or Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Compensation and/or HRIS systems
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives
