Skills/Experience:

The new SVP & CHRO will be a seasoned leader with demonstrated experience in partnering with a CEO or P&L leader to attract, motivate and retain a high performing executive team. He/she will be a team player with broad-based business acumen, strategic insight and sound judgment, along with proven, in-depth executive experience in human resources. 


The individual we seek will also possess the following: 


▪ 15+ years of experience progressive global human resources leadership in a complex, publicly traded diversified industrial environment marked by a dispersed workforce.

▪ History of supporting M&A activities, both leading due diligence efforts as well as integration of acquisitions into the company portfolio. Given the transformative nature of the Milacron acquisition, the CHRO must have experience leading large-scale HR transformation with a focus on leveraging shared services and assessing and implementing enabling technologies where relevant.

▪ Highly developed influencing and communication and listening skills, and the presence, experience and gravitas to effectively represent the company to a variety of audiences.

▪ Previous experience within an organization that has developed and maintained a strong focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

▪ On-the-ground experience in markets outside of the United States. Ex-pat experience is highly attractive but not a requirement.

▪ Proven experience developing and implementing complex benefits and compensation plans as well as harmonizing numerous plans post-acquisition.

▪ A track record of leading change, including helping a business transform a company’s culture and structure. Established knowledge, experience and managerial courage to drive results and outcomes through earned credibility and trusted relationships.

▪ Deep functional expertise in human resources, ideally coupled with operations/line experience.

▪ Exposure to a Board of Directors, either presenting directly to an entire Board or Compensation Committee or preparing materials for Board presentations.

▪ Managerial style marked by leading by example rather than positional authority, with a track record of executing through influence.

▪ Impeccable character evidenced by a strong work ethic, rigorous standards of achievement, high moral values and integrity. 


Education:

An undergraduate degree is required. A Master’s degree in business or human resources is preferable.
