Senior Compensation Advisor
Responsibilities also include the following:
Creating Compensation Program forecasts and processes
Identifying projects to help drive efficiencies and meet program goals
Managing Executive Compensation projects/tasks developing and completing data analysis or presentations
Reviewing and approving very complex employee/candidate compensation transactions
Providing complex analysis on compensation programs, including incentive compensation plans
Consulting and collaborating on program management and integration new and existing compensation programs
Master’s degree in business or Human Resources and/or Bachelor’s with very strong general business acumen required
Minimum 5 years' of creating Compensation and Incentive plans
Proficiency with compensation research and data analysis.
Extensive experience with data and analysis, with an emphasis on story-telling and recommendation-building
Expert Excel skills and skilled with Compensation and/or HRIS systems
Natural influencer and relationship builder
Superior team leadership, consensus-building and customer service skills
Ability to travel up to 15%
Strong problem-solving skills.
