Qualification

  • Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with an accounting or business administration degree or equivalent work experience 
  • 5+ years’ experience performance auditing to professional audit standards and business process improvements.
  • The following certifications (or progress toward the following certifications) are preferred: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
     

Skills/Experience

Required/preferred skills:

  • Ability to establish and maintain the trust of staff and senior leadership required
  • Strong computer skills, including financial systems and databases; data analytics experience a plus
  • Experience in JD Edwards/SAP/Navision preferred
  • Experience in HFM/BPC/OneStream preferred
  • German or Chinese Mandarin language skills preferred

Required/preferred experience:

  • Public accounting experience preferred
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in conduct of performance audits of organization’s functions such as accounting, procurement, human resources, administrative and other business operations functions.
  • Understanding of information technology general controls.
  • Applied knowledge of accounting concepts, audit methodologies, risk-based auditing techniques, COSO Internal Control — Integrated Framework (2013), Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, etc.
  • Manufacturing industry experience preferred

 

Travel

Upon removal of COVID restrictions, travel will be required up to approximately 25%. Travel is an important part of the job and may occur during non-work hours and weekends.
