Hillenbrand Inc. is looking for a FP&A Manager to join our team. The FP&A Manager plays a critical role on Hillenbrand’s FP&A team and is a key business partner to Corporate leadership.  This role is responsible for leading the annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes for Hillenbrand Corporate as well as providing reporting, insight, and analysis of results on a monthly basis.  This role is also involved in ad hoc analysis such as M&A modeling and capital deployment analysis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Provide support for quarterly earnings process along with other finance support to the investor relations team
  • Lead cash flow reporting, analysis and forecasting efforts
  • Partner with business finance leaders to provide support, analysis, and insight to the senior leadership team
  • Complete ad hoc reports or analysis in support of special projects
  • Other duties may be assigned

 

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not have any Supervisory responsibilities. 

Skills/Experience (Great to Haves):

  • MBA or CPA 
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required, with Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with financial systems; OneStream experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with financial modeling and reporting
  • Minimum of 4 years of related financial experience including advanced financial planning and analysis

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

Travel: Must be able to travel <10% of the time
