Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent from a college or university in Finance, Accounting, or Business; and a minimum of 7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with a preferred emphasis in the industrial manufacturing business segment.

• MBA or CPA strongly preferred.


Skills/Experience

• 7 years of related experience and/or training

• Proven experience in business partnering to drive profitable growth

• Ability to think strategically and have general understanding of continuous improvement / lean methodologies

• Expert financial modeling skills and experience with business case development, cost analysis, and sensitivity analysis required

• Intermediate experience with financial systems required; Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Hyperion Financial Planning preferred

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required with expert skills in Excel preferred

• Strong communication skills required

• Global experience in the industrial manufacturing industry preferred


Travel

• Less than 10% travel is required
