Skills/Experience

  • Advanced Microsoft Office computer skills required
  • A minimum of 5 years related administrative experience with three of the years at the level of an executive administrative role required
  • Outstanding communication skills, written and oral
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to keep organized, prioritize workload, and meet and manage established deadlines with accuracy and speed
  • Strong work ethic and desire to do more than the minimum
  • Initiative and resourcefulness, including to obtain information needed to perform duties with minimal supervision
  • Positive, high energy, and strong passion for the work
  • Integrity, professionalism, and keeping confidentiality of highly sensitive information
  • Team player, able to adapt in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Experience with the BoardVantage platform is a plus, but not required
