Responsibilities also include the following:

  • Maintaining various HRIS systems for our business, ensuring data accuracy and security

  • Creating and maintaining HRIS and project process documentation
  • Requirements gathering 
  • Software administration responsibility
  • Managing and Deploying HR Project Management or Systems processes or policies
  • Complete HR system configuration when needed
  • Data Management skills
  • Full life cycle Project Management

Job Requirements: 
  • Minimum 2 years HRIS and Project Management experience, with working knowledge of one or more HR systems

  • Experience with data and analysis
  • Ability to think across multiple projects, programs, systems and understand impact of potential changes
  • Excellent project management skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives
  • Professional experience and/or Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • 10-20% travel between local offices is required, same day travel.
