Responsibilities also include the following: 

  • Developing and leading HR projects independently with only broad goals from leadership

  • Completing complex HR system configurations

  • Developing and deploying HR Project Management or System processes and policies

  • Take ownership of one or more HRIS systems (as needed)

  • Perform in depth research, analyze complex data, and provide innovative solutions for the most complex projects or HR system topics

 Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years’ of extensive HRIS and Project Management experience with expertise in multiple HRIS systems

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with data and analysis, including storytelling and recommendation-building
  • Minimum of 3 years’ full life cycle project management skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives to support HR team goals and the business/company strategy
  • Ability to think across the HR team and organization to understand the impact of potential changes brought upon by projects, programs, and systems
  • Able to build strong relationships with internal partners and collaborate on mutually beneficial solutions
  • Able to influence and negotiate with other stakeholders
  • Expertise in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or strong business acumen; Master’s degree preferred
  • Prior management experience preferred
  • 10-20% travel between local offices is required, same day travel.  Possible International Travel on an infrequent basis.
