Position Summary:

The HR Operations Regional Lead is responsible for the delivery of HR services regionally via leadership of HR teams located at various sites within the region.  This position works collaboratively with other regional delivery leads, HR Business Advisors and Centers of Expertise to ensure consistency, effectiveness, and efficiency of HR service delivery across the Enterprise.  


Initial focus of the position will be on working with the Americas HR Operations Lead on establishing a HR operations service delivery model for the region working closely with a HR transformation lead and other key HR and business stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Overseeing and managing the delivery of HR services for the region.

Oversee workflow and operational processes, supporting regional teams with the prioritization of deliverables as required.

Define and implement a strong customer experience model leveraging service delivery metrics and SLAs and ensure governance is in place for routine monitoring and stakeholder review.

Drive service excellence across the team with a focus on delivery of quality HR services through continued monitoring and optimizing how services are met and with a strong prioritization around driving a positive customer experience and delivering services that are valued by the business.

Drive continual improvements to optimize our enterprise service delivery model, ensuring alignment with other regions as appropriate.

Analyze data to improve efficiency and/or enhance the employee experience.

Coach and align of HR service delivery teams working in close collaboration with other HR operations teams, HR Business Advisors and HR Solutions Design to drive sustained and long-term service excellence.

Serve as a point of escalation for service issues, identifying a resolution path and partnering with regional and country level resources to ensure continued service improvement.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This role will have supervisory responsibilities. 


Education:

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university in Human Resources, industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field; and minimum of 5-7 years related Human Resources experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with an emphasis in Human Resources.  PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
