Skills/Experience:

 

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant management experience in a Travel and Expense operations role.
  • In depth knowledge of SAP Concur Expense and associated compliance, including end-to-end functionality, corporate card integration and maintenance.
  • Working knowledge of the Concur Expense integrated travel tool.
  • Experience in global T&E program expansion and managing programs across multiple regions.
  • Established history of thriving in a fast-paced environment, with demonstrated ability to prioritize and readily execute against time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Strong customer-service focus and superior self-organizational skills, comfortable coordinating simultaneous tasks and projects with multi-departmental stakeholders.
  • Excellent professional written and verbal skills; comfortable communicating with technical and non-technical audiences, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work under high pressure and keep a positive and forward-thinking attitude.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Business or Finance is preferred.

Travel:

This position may require up to 25% international travel during global roll-out.
