Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ Years of Talent Acquisition Experience, including managing a Global Function.
  • Experience building a focused Key Performance Indicator process and implementing a global metric strategy
  • Experience building out University Relations, Early Career and Executive Search programs
  • Experience building out a global strategy roadmap and Project Charters to establish talent acquisition priorities
  • Proven record of building and utilizing a data focused mindset to tell a story and drive solutions
  • Innovative mindset and practices around Talent Acquisition and supporting services
  • Experience with implementing and overseeing DE&I initiatives
  • Adept at managing large scale initiatives via change management and a transformational mindset.
  • Exhibit an understanding of how operational process, systems and capabilities can impact and advance Talent Acquisition Strategies
  • Experience managing a functional P&L
  • Demonstrated experience in amplifying a talent brand at a regional and/or global level and establishing inclusive hiring practices and creating diverse and engaged teams.
  • Impactful interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and influence solution design

 

Great to Haves:

  • Experience in Manufacturing with global locations/plants.
  • Experience managing a Global RPO Process
  • Experience with overseeing a Global transformation in Talent Acquisition
  • Experience building a supporting Global Center of Excellence
  • Knowledge of EU Employment Laws and GDPR Compliance
  • Technical experience, specifically with a Global ATS implementation and building out processes (SOPs)
  • Demonstrated experience in embedding process and reporting infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated experience with raising the bar on talent, utilizing coaching and development skills.
  • Agile mindset, familiar working within a fast-paced environment and empathize when things pivot, using data to shape a clear path forward.
  • Knowledge and experience of utilizing recruitment technology; including automation and/or integration of wider tools to support the Talent Acquisition function.
