FP&A Manager
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent from a college or university in Finance, Accounting, or Business; or equivalent combination of education and experience with a preferred emphasis in the industrial manufacturing business segment.
Minimum Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience and/or training as an FP&A Manager
- Proven experience in business partnering to drive profitable growth
- Experience thinking strategically and have a general understanding of continuous improvement / lean methodologies
- Experience with financial modeling, and with business case development, cost analysis, and sensitivity analysis required
- Experience with financial software
- Strong communication skills required
Preferred Requirements:
- MBA or CPA from accredited schools.
- Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), and Hyperion Financial Planning
- Global experience in the industrial manufacturing industry preferred
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required with expert skills in Excel preferred
Travel
Less than 10% travel is required
