Supervisory Responsibilities


Directly supervises employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance to the Company policies, the Code of Ethical Business Conduct and applicable laws.  Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university with IT focused specialization.  A minimum of 10 years related experience in a global company with significant international experience in hands-on technology delivery roles. 

Skills/Experience

  • Experience with Digital/e-Commerce/IIOT solutions; preferably in manufacturing industries
  • At least 5 years hands-on experience with IT technologies, cloud applications, mobile, social media
  • Strong data analytics background with experience is developing use case, deep understanding of managing data and generating insights thru visualization
  • Product development/marketing or customer journey mapping experience
  • Hands-on industry experience in customer / user experience and product / service design (Including Lean, evidence-based experience research and design, including both qualitative and quantitative methods)
  • B2B SaaS, CAD / CAM / CAE, and Additive Manufacturing background
  • Familiarity with Front-End platforms (e.g. AngularJS, ReactJS)
  • Familiarity with Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts
  • Familiarity with MES
  • Ability to collaborate with technical resources to influence algorithms and other technology for improved customer experience
  • Experience leading and driving end-to-end design process and deliverables in an enterprise context
  • At least 10 years experience directly managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing people as they work
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as experience interacting with executive management and other key constituents required

Travel   - Employee must be able to travel up to 15 – 20%
