Basic Requirements:
•    Minimum of 5 years’ experience with managing People Analytics/HR Data and Analytics space
•    Minimum of 3 years’ full life cycle project management skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives to support HR team goals and the business/company strategy 
•    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or related field

•    Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
•    Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners and collaborate on mutually beneficial solutions
•    Ability to influence and negotiate with other stakeholders
•    Ability to understand the big picture and are comfortable working independently towards a goal
•    Predictive analytical modeling experience an asset
•    Perform statistical analysis, identify critical information, and develop solution options (an asset)
•    Predictive analytical modeling experience with the ability to forecast and model prescriptive analytics (an asset)
•    Dependable, collaborative, and self-motivated with a curious mind on how data can be utilized to optimize business opportunities
•    Maintains the confidentiality of all information, protects the assets of the Company, reports non-compliance and adheres to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and company policies and procedures
•    Deep knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably Oracle HCM, Workday HCM and/or SuccessFactors HCM
•    Experience in PowerBI and/or other related reporting and analytics tools
•    Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook Suite (most importantly Excel)
•    Prior team management direct/indirect experience 
•    Supervisor experience.
