Supervisory Responsibilities

Directly supervises and ensures the professional development of employees.  Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance to the Company policies, the Code of Ethical Business Conduct and applicable laws.

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university in Insurance, Risk Management, Accounting or Finance; and minimum of 15 years of related insurance/risk management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

ARM, CRM OR CPCU required

CPA or CMA is desirable

Master’s degree or M.B.A. is desirable

 

Computer Skills

Basic Microsoft Office required.

Required skills: Proficiency with Excel and Word

Preferred skills: Experience with Origami risk management information system or similar application

 

Travel

Employee must be able to travel 15% of the time.
