Compensation Analyst
Requirements
3+ years of Compensation experience, with some depth in multiple compensation areas
•Professional experience and/or Bachelor’s degree required
•Experience with data and analysis
•Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Compensation and/or HR systems
•Able to work effectively and efficiently with internal partners and clients
Physical Requirements:
•Occasionally lifts and carries less than 10 lbs.
•Frequently sits.
•Occasionally stands and walks.
