Education

Master’s degree or equivalent level of experience


Skills/Experience

• Held multiple senior level operating roles (including P&L responsibility) in global manufacturing organizations; successful experience working in a variety of industries including discrete industrial products is strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated deep experience in leading Lean transformations from leadership roles within multi-site, global organizations with sustained results, including actual implementation of a robust business system not just management or sponsorship

• Experience working in an organization that used an operating model that encompassed mission, vision, values and positively impacted strategy execution, and ultimately value

• Strong, demonstrable experience and ability to improve KPIs by using operating model practices

• Credible leader that possesses strong business acumen and foresight

• Strong leadership style coupled with a collaborative nature, very good interpersonal relationship and trainer’s skills


Travel: Acceptance of frequent business travel (40-50%)
