Square Mill Operator

Minimum (Required) Qualifications:

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Technical Degree a plus

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Proven experience as a mill operator preferred
• Skill in operating diverse high speed machinery and precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometer etc.)
• Ability to read and blueprints, schematics, & manuals
• Mechanical aptitude
• A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach

• Technical knowledge
• Ability to use and read a micrometer and precision measuring tools
• Must possess basic math skills
• Ability to understand quality control principles
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to follow all safety guidelines
• Must support mission and purpose of the company and be committed to professional and personal growth
