Process Engineer/CI

Your knowledge and skills should include:

• Experience working with mold shop machinery/processes ( CNC, Lathes, Drills, Mills, Grinders, Heat Treat, etc.).
• Experience working with an ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience working with leading continuous improvement projects.
• Strong experience with root cause quality issues that surface in a product manufacturing operation.
• Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced product-manufacturing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in the use of CAD/CAM, word processing, and spreadsheet software.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Technical knowledge.
• Must possess basic math skills.
• Good problem-solving ability.
• Good collaboration skills
• Ability to multi-task.
• Good decision-making abilities.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Must support the mission and purpose of the company and be committed to professional and personal growth.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field or combination of Education and related experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role in the metal machining industry.
