Export Specialist

Minimum (Required) Qualifications:

Education and Experience

• Understanding and experience of Exports preferred
• Associate degree or equivalent credits preferred
• Logistics, trucking, and ocean freight experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Must be detail oriented
• Ability to critically think through multiple-step processes and follow up if necessary
• High ability to handle multiple priorities without losing details
• Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
• Excel skills and freight software knowledge
• Self-motivated and ownership of position

• Ability to work under time pressures
• To be prepared to learn other aspects of the team’s work and assist if needed
• Customer focus with proactive attitude
• Accustomed to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Solid knowledge of E1 system
• Willing to take on department tasks as needed
