Service Manager SMH, NAFTA
Job requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a directly related field plus three (3) years of mechanical engineering experience in materials handling systems. Experience must include:
Three (3) years of experience with each of the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
- Handling customer requests and sales related to material handling plants
- Technical drawings of material handling plants
- Piping layout drawings and principles of isometric drawings
- Functions of main rotating equipment including blowers, screw compressors, and rotary valves
- Understanding of the interaction of multiple components of a materials handling plant
- Reading and understanding equipment drawings and repair manuals for main rotating equipment including blowers, screw compressors, and rotary valves
Experience may be gained before, during or after the completion of a degree program.
