- Strong verbal and written communication skills; Spanish speaking is a plus
- Knowledge of process control, weighing, serial communication and bulk materials handling
- PC computer literate
- Knowledge of Coperion K-Tron controls and demo equipment
- 5 years management experience in service industry or 5 years of Coperion K- Tron service experience
- Knowledge of Coperion K-Tron products
- Ability to develop and manage a departmental budget
- Leadership ability and organizational skills
- Strong capabilities to identify problems and issues and define corrective actions
- Maintain neat and orderly, hazard free work area
- Normal office environment and knowledge of industrial process plants' safety regulations and procedures.
