Sales Customer Service Coordinator - MH

Technical Skills/Experience:

• Minimum of 3-years experience in material handling, sales or operations
• Ability to effectively communicate with others (both internally and externally) is critical to this position
• Need to associate and understand customer requirements and establish priories
• Meetings with customers both in-house and at their facility
• Varied work hours above the normal work day is at times required depending upon the business
• Excellent computer skills (using variety of software) including the company's business software
• A service mentality towards both internal and external customers is critical
• The company adheres to the quality system of ISO 9001 and ANSI/ASQC 91. Every employee is obligated to ensure that products free of defects are developed, purchased, manufactured and commissioned
• Spanish language skills would be beneficial
• Experience in the plastic producing and compounding industry or relates areas is a plus
• Ability to work with a group of people and assess priorities as needed

Education:

• High School Graduate
• College degree or similar experience preferred
