Sales Customer Service Coordinator

Education and/or Experience:

·         Bachelors Degree preferred

·         Strong knowledge of product line and policies / procedures within sales

·         Strong background in either bulk powder material handling, process controls or       weighing

Technical Skills/Knowledge:

·         Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Must be PC proficient - Microsoft Windows and networked systems

·         Knowledge of Phone system, AS 400, MAPICS, OE&I schedule, CRM, Compass, 360      View and Portal a plus

·         Knowledge of Lean Principles/Techniques

·         Strong organization skills

·         Ability to effectively plan and prioritize

·         Strong attention to detail and accuracy

·         Team player
