Regional Sales Manager Feeders (m/f/d)


Your Tasks

  • Directly service customers and coordinate activities (with assigned sales representatives) to attain established goals related to Order Intake
  • Forecast sales volumes for direct business
  • Directly participate and formulate market penetration plan in the territory
  • Ensure accuracy of quotations (equipment selection, pricing, and commercial terms)
  • Participate in trade shows and sales seminars for reps and customers
  • Assist in collection of overdue accounts
  • Closely monitor status of outstanding quotations and develop/implement strategy for closing the order
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all leads that are generated for respective territories, representatives, and key accounts


Your Profile

  • Technical-commercial education with further training in sales and marketing, University degree is appreciated
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and applications sales for engineering of a highly technical product
  • Knowledge of production processes employed within plastics, chemicals, minerals, food and pharmaceutical industries is advantageous
  • Work experience in the named industries is highly desired
  • Knowledge of selling process; marketing techniques, Plastic, food, chemical process industries
  • Ability to motivate people to achieve goals and acknowledge performance
  • Results-focused personality with vision, energy and flair
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English; knowledge of German and Portuguese is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel
