Skills/Experience:

  • 5 or more years of HR generalist/business partner experience.
  • Experience providing multi-site support
  • Working knowledge of local, state and federal HR laws employment laws impacting associates and employers. (OSHA, EEO, Labor Laws, I-9, FLSA, etc.)
  • Excellent communication capability, including ability to work with all-levels of associates in a situational appropriate and confidential manner.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Experience in a lean organization environment is a plus
  • Experience and understanding of HRIS systems and payroll systems (ADP) is a plus
  • Strong PC aptitude and analytical skills, including high level spreadsheet capabilities (Excel)

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business with a concentration in HR required
