Field Sales Engineer

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Marketing from an accredited institution or equivalent
- Minimum three years’ experience in sales, application sales for engineering of a highly technical product. Experience in selling to customers in the Plastics, Food, Pharmaceutical, Chemical or Mineral industries is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Maintain 5S office and continuous improvement lean initiatives Knowledge of pneumatic conveying and material handling
- Knowledge of selling process; marketing techniques, process control, weighing, bulk materials handling, plastics, food, chemical process industries
- Must have excellent professional verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
- Must be skilled in coordinating and organizing with attention to detail.
- Must have excellent computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Knowledge of AS 400, MAPICS, CRM, Compass, 360 View, Portal and GSS a plus
- Spanish Speaking is a Plus
- Bulk powder material handling, process controls and weighing background preferred
- Ensure proper safety protocol is maintained when visiting customer sites.
